CEC calls for institutional support amid legal challenges to new election technology implementation

SARAJEVO, December 17 (FENA) – The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CEC BiH), after announcing a public procurement for a biometric voter identification system and for scanning ballots at polling stations on November 27 and December 1 of this year, issued a supplementary decision partially upholding the complaint of one bidder regarding the tender documentation.
