SARAJEVO, December 17 (FENA) – Minister of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina Davor Bunoza stated last night, following a session of the Council of Ministers of BiH, that the discussion within the Council of Ministers on the Draft Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) and the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on the Court of BiH was not held due to a lack of consensus.
