IDDEEA: Budget process led to financial deficit

SARAJEVO, December 5 (FENA) – The Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA), as a budget user, duly and on time submitted its budget proposal to the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The proposal was based on actual expenditures, valid contracts, and obligations toward citizens and institutions.
