BiH Ministry of Justice continues to refuse to provide Draft Law on BiH Court despite court ruling

BANJA LUKA, December 1 (FENA) – The Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina has refused to publish the Draft Law on the Court of BiH even after a court ruling was issued in favor of Transparency International in BiH (TI BiH).
