SARAJEVO, November 23 (FENA) – The Coalition 'Pod lupom' presented its initial findings on the course of today’s early elections for the president of Republika Srpska (RS) from the Serb people, noting a series of irregularities but also emphasizing that most polling stations opened on time and that the election day began mostly peacefully.
