MP Emrić seeks explanation from BiH Prosecutor’s Office over dropped case against RS officials

SARAJEVO, November 6 (FENA) – Member of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Jasmin Emrić (People’s European Alliance of BiH – NES BiH) has submitted an initiative in the House of Representatives requesting that the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH provide a report on its work and the application of the law concerning the decision to suspend the investigation in the case in which Milorad Dodik, Radovan Višković, and Nenad Stevandić were suspected of committing the criminal offense of attacking the constitutional order under Article 156, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
