NEW YORK (UN), October 31 (FENA) – Chair of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željko Komšić, emphasized today at the United Nations Security Council session in New York that, in the short term, a solution to the current situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina would be the appointment of a new high representative while maintaining the OHR institution. In the long term, he said, deep reforms should be implemented, including democratization, elimination of discrimination, and constitutional changes.
