SARAJEVO, October 30 (FENA) – The Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Edin Forto, stated today in Sarajevo that the amendments to three by-laws, the Regulation on Vehicle Registration, the Regulation on Driver’s Licenses, and the Regulation on the Conditions for Issuing Licenses and Driver Qualification Cards, will result in faster and simpler procedures.
