SARAJEVO, February 26 (FENA) – BiH Minister of Communications and Transport Edin Forto said today that consultations with relevant stakeholders are being held daily to reach an emergency solution for BHRT, but that the enforcement of the law, as well as investigative and sanctioning powers, lies with other institutions.
