BiH fails to enforce Annex IX three decades after Dayton Agreement

SARAJEVO, October 19 (FENA) – Thirty years after the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement, Annex IX, which envisions the establishment of public corporations and the integration of key infrastructure sectors in Bosnia and Herzegovina, remains largely unimplemented. Known as the 'Agreement on the Establishment of Public Corporations in Bosnia and Herzegovina', it was designed to enable joint management of transport, energy, communications, and utility services, beyond the jurisdiction of the entities.
