European Court of Human Rights publishes written judgment in the Kovačević case

SARAJEVO, October 1 (FENA) – The European Court of Human Rights has published its written judgment in the case Kovačević v. Bosnia and Herzegovina, confirming earlier conclusions that the application was declared inadmissible because the applicant abused the right of individual petition and did not have the status of a victim of discrimination.
