Komšić: ECHR rulings in Begić case support the idea of a civic Bosnia and Herzegovina

SARAJEVO, February 4 (FENA) – Following the European Court of Human Rights' acceptance of two appeals by Zlatan Begić, an MP in the BiH PA House of Representatives from the Democratic Front (DF), DF President Željko Komšić said at a press conference that this does not represent only a major legal victory for Begić, but also a victory for the idea of a civic state as vital to the future of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
