Constitutional Court of BiH issues injunction measure on RSNA conclusions

SARAJEVO, September 10 (FENA) – The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, acting on a request filed by 14 members of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, has issued an injunction measure temporarily suspending items 6, 7, and 8 of the Conclusions adopted by the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (RSNA) at its 24th special session on August 22 this year.
