SARAJEVO, August 26 (FENA) – The referendum in the entity of Republika Srpska (RS) scheduled for October 25 raises serious legal and political issues, according to lawyer Vlado Adamović. In a statement to FENA, Adamović warned that the referendum question calls into question the obligation to respect court rulings and poses a danger as it enters the sphere of politics rather than law.
