SARAJEVO, October 26 (FENA) – A referendum was supposed to be held yesterday in Republika Srpska, at which citizens would declare whether they accept the decisions of the High Representative in BiH Christian Schmidt, the verdict of the BiH Court against former RS president Milorad Dodik, and the decision of the Central Election Commission of BiH to revoke his mandate. However, the referendum did not take place.
