Dodik files request with BiH Constitutional Court, seeks temporary suspension of verdict enforcement

SARAJEVO, August 8 (FENA) – The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina today received a request from the legal representatives of Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik, seeking a temporary suspension of the enforcement of the verdict sentencing Dodik to one year in prison and a six-year ban from serving as RS president, pending the final decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH.
