UN Security Council to hold closed consultations on BiH

NEW YORK, August 7 (FENA) – The United Nations (UN) Security Council will hold closed consultations this evening on the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the request of the Russian Federation. The meeting was convened in response to the decision by the Central Election Commission (CEC) of BiH to revoke the mandate of Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik, in accordance with the second-instance verdict of the Appellate Division Panel of the Court of BiH, as announced in the Council’s official schedule.
