MOSTAR, July 23 (FENA) – Employees in Bosnia and Herzegovina take an average of 21 vacation days annually, fewer than their counterparts in Croatia and North Macedonia. At the same time, less than half of employees believe they will receive a vacation allowance this year, placing BiH at the bottom of the region when it comes to this type of work benefit.
