SARAJEVO, July 15 (FENA) – The FBiH Minister of Labor and Social Policy, Adnan Delić, stated that the Labor Law of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina recognizes and prohibits discrimination, mobbing, and sexual and gender-based harassment, but that in practice, legal protection is often inconsistently applied, leaving workers without adequate institutional support.
