SOC - The new Criminal Code continues the trend of undermining human rights in the RS entity

SARAJEVO, March 27 (FENA) - The National Assembly of the entity of Republika Srpska reported that at its 13th regular session, it adopted the Bill on Amendments to the Criminal Code of the entity. The law removed gender identity as a protected characteristic for transgender individuals from all provisions, including criminal offenses committed out of hatred, including hate speech.
