Court of BiH – Case Debevec et al. transferred to the Special Department of FBiH Supreme Court

SARAJEVO, July 9 (FENA) – The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the case of Ranko Debevec and others, has issued a decision transferring the conduct of the criminal proceedings against suspects Debevec, Osman Mehmedagić, and Milisav Pijuk to the territorially competent Special Department for Handling Criminal Offenses of Corruption, Organized and Inter-cantonal Crime of the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
