Škobić: Ruling in the 'Kovačević' case confirms he misled the court and has no victim status

SARAJEVO, June 26 (FENA) – A hearing is currently underway before the European Court of Human Rights in the 'Kovačević' case, and according to available information, the Grand Chamber has rejected the application of Mr. Slaven Kovačević. Not only that, but it also identified a number of omissions regarding key facts in the case, said Vedran Škobić, Minister of Justice of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in a statement for FENA.
