SARAJEVO, June 20 (FENA) – The Sarajevo Open Center has initiated the first constitutional appeal before the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding femicide, based on serious suspicions of institutional failures by competent authorities in protecting the life of a woman victim of violence, the center announced.
