Duraković: Proposed Law on BiH Court is a step toward fragmenting state sovereignty

SARAJEVO, May 27 (FENA) – The House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina is set to discuss the Bill on the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina at an emergency session scheduled for tomorrow. According to Ćamil Duraković, Vice President of Republika Srpska, the proposed law is highly controversial and far removed from the so-called ''European path'' its proponents claim to follow.
