MP Magazinović: Corruption thrives in BiH's public procurement system

SARAJEVO, May 26 (FENA) – An MP in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Saša Magazinović, stated today in Sarajevo that, according to estimates, around one billion KM is stolen annually through the public procurement process in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He added that this is why a group of MPs has submitted a Bill on Amendments to the Public Procurement Law and a Bill on Amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH, which are scheduled to be discussed in an emergency session on May 28.
