Open-ended contracts to become standard under the new FBiH labor law reform

SARAJEVO, May 12 (FENA) – Open-ended employment contracts will become the rule, and fixed-term contracts the exception under the new Labor Law of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was stated at the conference titled “Social Dialogue – Workers' Rights through Legislation, Social Partnerships and a Harmonized European Path,” held today in Sarajevo and organized by the Olaf Palme International Center from Sweden.
