MOSTAR, April 29 (FENA) – Bosnia and Herzegovina is the leading country in Europe regarding the number of new businesses relative to its population. Yet, it ranks last in terms of conditions for entrepreneurship. This was highlighted at a professional-consultative conference on 'How to Support the Growth of Small and Medium Enterprises' held in Mostar.
