MOSTAR, April 29 (FENA) – The Mayor of Mostar, Mario Kordić, has filed criminal complaints against the Minister of Construction and Spatial Planning of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton (HNC), Bekir Isović, and the cantonal construction inspector, Haris Spahić, over what he described as "legal and institutional violence and unlawful attempts to halt the construction of the Croatian National Theater (HNK) building in Mostar.
