BANJA LUKA, March 31 (FENA) – In 2024, the Center for Legal Assistance of Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina (TIBiH) handled 391 new cases based on citizen reports, representing an 8.1 percent increase compared to the previous year. The rise in cases and citizen reports indicates an increasing prevalence of corruption, as confirmed by the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI), which ranks Bosnia and Herzegovina as Europe's second most corrupt country. It also reflects growing public trust in the effectiveness of the legal assistance provided by TIBiH.
