CoM tasks Ministry of Finance with enforcing ICSID Tribunal ruling and settling multi-million debt

SARAJEVO, March 27 (FENA) – At the extraordinary 51st session of the Council of Ministers of BiH, the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH was tasked with submitting, without delay and no later than 15 days, an appropriate proposal to the Council of Ministers on how to enforce the ICSID Tribunal arbitration ruling from Washington, dated April 18, 2022, in accordance with regulations on financing the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
