Court of BiH extends detention for Nenad Nešić for two more months

SARAJEVO, March 21 (FENA) – Acting on the request of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to extend detention in the case Esad Avdić and Others, the Court of BiH issued a ruling on March 20, partially accepting the prosecution's request and extending the detention of suspect Nenad Nešić for two more months, until May 20, or until a new court decision is made. The extension was granted due to the existence of special detention grounds prescribed by Article 132, Paragraph 1, Point b) of the BiH Criminal Procedure Code.
