Debevec removed as president and judge of Court of BiH

SARAJEVO, July 1 (FENA) – The First-Instance Disciplinary Commission of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in disciplinary proceedings against the President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ranko Debevec, issued a decision establishing the respondent's disciplinary liability and imposing the disciplinary measure of removal from office, both from the position of president and judge of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
