SARAJEVO, March 17 (FENA) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, stated today in Sarajevo that Bosnia and Herzegovina continues to function even in the midst of its biggest post-Dayton crisis and that its institutions are operating, as demonstrated by today's session of the Council of Ministers of BiH.
