SDA and DF MPs seek constitutional review of laws adopted in the RS National Assembly

SARAJEVO, March 7 (FENA) - Eleven members of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) and the Democratic Front (DF) in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina have submitted requests to the Constitutional Court of BiH for a review of the constitutionality of the Law on Non-Implementation of Laws and the Prohibition of Activities of Unconstitutional Institutions and the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of the Republika Srpska (RS), which were adopted at the RS National Assembly session held on February 27, 2025, the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH announced, citing a statement from the SDA Caucus.
