SARAJEVO, February 5 (FENA) – After members of the SNSD in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH and delegates in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH withdrew from the joint session today, thereby causing the collapse of the quorum for its continuation, Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmedin Konaković emphasized that this is not a mere blockade, as some have called it, but an “illegal, unconstitutional blockade.”
