SARAJEVO, January 28 (FENA) - The influential French daily newspaper Libération published an op-ed by Denis Bećirović, a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in which he pointed out the serious threats to peace and the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
