Arnaut: Germans prefer political stability, the approach to BiH remains the same

SARAJEVO, December 27 (FENA) - The upcoming elections in Germany will be early in a formal sense, but not so much in practice, as they will be held only seven months earlier than they would have been in a regular election cycle.
