SARAJEVO, December 27 (FENA) – Ramiz Salkić, an MP in the National Assembly of the entity of Republika Srpska and Vice President of the SDA, wrote on Facebook today that "when those responsible for protecting the Constitution and enforcing the law fail to do their job, it emboldens those who violate the Constitution and the law to continue doing so, believing they will never be punished."
