SARAJEVO, December 5 (FENA) – The Forum for Research and Cooperation officially sent a letter to the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt, drawing attention to delays and challenges in the implementation of two key laws in the Sarajevo Canton.
