SARAJEVO, December 1 (FENA) - High Representative Christian Schmidt extends his heartfelt congratulations to the Ministry of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the members of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the 19th anniversary of their establishment.
