SARAJEVO, November 15 (FENA) - At today's session of the Council of Ministers, the Draft Basis for concluding the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, as a continuation of development-political cooperation, was determined and will be submitted to the Presidency of BiH for further procedure. The Minister of Foreign Affairs was proposed as the BiH signatory.
