SARAJEVO, November 15 (FENA) - The Party of Democratic Action (SDA) stated that during the last meeting of the ruling coalition in Banja Luka, the leaders of the Troika parties once again yielded to Milorad Dodik's demands, granting him the position of chief negotiator with the European Union.
