SARAJEVO, December 26 (FENA) – The Appeals Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina today issued a second-instance decision, overturning the first-instance verdict of the Court from April 5, 2023, concerning the accused Fikret Hodžić and the legal entity F.H. Srebrena malina d.o.o.
