USC rapidly losing health workers who leave dissatisfied with working conditions and salaries

BIHAĆ, November 10 (FENA) - The Una-Sana Canton is facing significant challenges in the healthcare sector due to the continued departure of medical staff. Last year's salary increases provided only temporary stability, but inflation and rising living costs have once again led to uncertainty and dissatisfaction among healthcare workers, prompting new considerations of leaving.
