BANJA LUKA, October 14 (FENA) - Milorad Dodik, President of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) in RS, stated this evening in Banja Luka that the largest party in RS cannot secure a parliamentary majority in the Banja Luka City Assembly.
