Witness at the trial in case against Dodik and Lukić: No one can stop publication of adopted laws

SARAJEVO, September 18 (FENA) - The trial of the President of the entity of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the 'Official Gazette of the RS' Miloš Lukić, continued today and a defense witness stated that no one has the authority to stop the procedure of publishing the law in the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska.
