Dodik: RS and FBiH have reached an agreement on Growth Plan, cantons should unblock this issue

BANJA LUKA, November 18 (FENA) – The President of Republika Srpska (RS), Milorad Dodik, stated that representatives of RS and the Federation of BiH (FBiH) have agreed on the Growth Plan and aligned it with the European Union's office, but that three out of four cantons in FBiH led by the SDA (Party of Democratic Action) have undermined it.
