SARAJEVO, September 10 (FENA) - The Office of the High Representative (OHR) reacted today to the speech of the President of the Assembly of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, Džafer Alić (SDA), in which he said that "we are the owners of this land and that we have unpleasant tenants we always have to always clean behind, repair, build, and upgrade".
