Zvizdić: The essence of the CC's decision is that there cannot be two electoral systems in one state

SARAJEVO, July 24 (FENA) - Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Zvizdić, said today in Sarajevo that the essence of the decision and the temporary measure issued by the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina that there cannot be two electoral systems in one state, therefore, the Constitutional Court passed the measure because irreparable damage can occur in a short time.
