CC BiH annulls the decisions of FBiH and RS govts. on the disposal of state property and forests

SARAJEVO, July 11 (FENA) - The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, deciding on the request of Kemal Ademović, at the time of the submission of the request, the Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, for the review of the constitutionality of the Decision on changing the use of forest land and temporary use of forest land for other purposes by the Government of FBiH, determined that the disputed decision was not in accordance with the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
